Are you a verified member of P411, TER, or on any review sites or boards? If so details.

Do you have 2 recent verified references that you have seen within the past 6-9 months? If so please provide me with :  Her name ?  Her number and email ?  Her website and if she is a member on any boards  When did you see her?  How would she remember you?
***Please be sure to let both of them know you are using them as a reference and that I will be contacting them.***

If you do not have 2 recent verified references You must provide fully the following information with no exceptions or I am unable to offer you the option of booking any type of event or private cooking services.

You may email  a Government Issued Photo ID showing your First Name and Last name as well as photo along with Employment Verification such as LinkedIn, business card website or recent paycheck stub,

Once this information is received please allow 24 hours for the screening process to take place or longer for your references to respond.
 
After you have been screened I will then be happy to answer any questions you may have . I will Send you a complete Menu of services and answer any menu questions or requests.
 
Once you read my menu I will then send you a complete and fully detailed booking deposit and cancellation policy if requested.

 Please also keep in mind I will not book without a deposit.no exceptions. Payment Options for Booking Deposits will be provided to you at that time.
